Grad Lounge Booking Information
The Grad Lounge is available for private bookings. Bar service, catering, and audio/visual equipment for presentations, film screenings, and more are available.
Fees apply for room bookings, catering, bar service, and some audio/visual equipment use. Please see the Grad Lounge Booking Policy for details.Student Clubs (WLUSU) requiring catering MUST fill out a Catering Confirmation Slip, have it signed by WLUSU, and return it to Kelly Ough in Food Services.
To submit a booking request, please:
- check for availability (very recent bookings may not yet appear),
- review the Booking Policy for important information regarding fees and procedures, and
- complete the online Grad Lounge Booking Form
Catering arrangements are to be made with WLU Food Services through the Catertrax website.
