Academic Dates/Deadlines

Academic Calendar Dates:  Spring 2010 & Fall 2010

Important 2010 Dates:

• Aug 2 - Oct 1  – Application for fall convocation (late fee and application fee apply)
• Oct 1 – Final day for submitting final (post-defence) copies of dissertation/thesis/research paper to Graduate Studies Office to be eligible to graduate at fall convocation
• August 26 – Fall term tuition fees due
• September 26 – Final day for late registration and for adding fall term 2010 course; Final day to withdraw from program at 10 percent tuition charge
• September 30 – Final day for submitting final (post-defence) copies of dissertation/thesis/research paper to Graduate Studies Office to receive full refund of fall term fees

Graduation

• You need to apply to graduate at either the Spring or Fall convocation in order to receive your degree. The deadline for Fall Convocation 2010 is October 1.
