GSA Announces Vice President

Waterloo, ON… Jeremy Wagner, President & CEO, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ranjit Saini to the position of Vice President for the period September 2022 – April 2023. Ranjit will be Vice President In-Training for the month of August, offering her the opportunity to train and develop alongside Jeremy and under the direction and leadership of the current Vice President, Sonya Bisol.

As Vice-President, Ranjit will be leading key agreement negotiations with the University and furthering our advocacy for graduate students. Ranjit is pursuing a Master's in Applied Politics. She has completed her undergraduate degree in Honors Bachelors of Art in Political Science at Laurier. Ranjit previously worked in the field of mental health for a non-profit organization. Her interest lies in research, policy, and advocacy. Ranjit will use her past work experience and interests to contribute to the success and well-being of her peers in a creative and innovative way. She will devote her passion and experience as the Vice President of the GSA to enhancing the achievement of our graduate student community.
